I am Joel Fader, the Information Lawyer. My offices are located in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore. I practice law throughout the state of Maryland, Florida and Pennsylvania. I have lived and practiced law in Maryland for over 20 years. During that time I have helped clients in every part of the state from Baltimore to Frederick and on Maryland’s eastern shore. Being an attorney in Maryland and practicing in all parts of the state, I have established relationships with many District attorneys,  Judges and commissioners.

I practice in several areas of the law and take cases only when I am comfortable and capable of representing my clients to the best of my ability. For this reason I do not represent violent offenders on serious criminal charges. Unlike some Maryland lawyers I do not shy away from advocating a position for my clients. I always offer the most sound advice and will tell you the best course of action available for your situation. My clients find that my plain speaking style and straight forward approach can calm their fears and answer all of their questions.
