I am Joel Fader, the Information Lawyer. My offices are located in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore. I practice law throughout the state of Maryland, Florida and Pennsylvania. I have lived and practiced law in Maryland for over 20 years. During that time I have helped clients in every part of the state from Baltimore to Frederick and on Maryland’s eastern shore. Going to court and litigation is not always the best option. I counsel my clients on their different options regarding the case. Litigation is expensive and they have found arbitration or mediation in Maryland a productive course of action for certain disputes. I have a long track record as a sucessful attorney for Personal Injury cases and especially those that are Union related personal injury claims from working with the teamsters union for many years. My upbringing and being a baltimore county attorney placed me in jobs where the local unions were clients I often fight for.
